This policy governs content that you create, upload, or share ("User Generated Content") through DigitalHubEra Products and Services.

01Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant DigitalHubEra a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate our Services.

02Your Responsibilities

  • You must have the right to share any content you post.
  • Content must not violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or breach our Community Rules.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

03Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any User Generated Content that violates this policy or our other Legal Policies.

Amendments

The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.

Currently there are no additions, deletions, or changes.

To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.

No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
