  • AI features are designed to support, not replace, human judgment and oversight.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models for parties outside our platform without consent.
  • We continuously evaluate our AI features for accuracy, fairness, and reliability.

03Your Control

Organizations using DigitalHubEra retain control over how AI features are configured and can disable certain AI-powered functionality within their account settings.

We may update this AI Policy as our technology and practices evolve.

Amendments

The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.

Currently there are no additions, deletions, or changes.

To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.

No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
